Human capital risk identification in Albanian small and medium enterprises (SME) Case study: SMEs in Gjirokastra district

Abstract
Human capital is extremely important for all businesses, whether they are small, medium or large. Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) should pay more attention to human capital and to the risk related to this intangible asset. The risk related to human capital lies in different directions inside the business, in personnel recruitment, compliance of job requirements with employees skills and abilities, in liquidity and cooperation ability, accountability, fraud etc. In this research we will try to evident how to identify and assess human capital risk in SMEs and to highlight the factors who affect it using logistic regression.
